Part-time Accounts Payable temp role within a leading music production business – immediate start available.
We’re supporting a highly regarded music production business with the hire of an Accounts Payable Assistant for an initial 3-month temporary assignment. This is a part-time role (3–4 days per week) and would suit someone immediately available to start next week who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative finance environment.
This role will support the finance team during a busy period and is ideal for someone confident handling high-volume transactional finance work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
3. Posting and reconciling bank transactions
4. Supporting the wider finance team with transactional finance duties as required
5. Ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal finance processes
Key skills:
6. Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or transactional finance role
7. Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
9. Immediately available to start next week
10. Experience using NetSuite is beneficial but not essential
11. Confident, proactive, and happy working in a temporary, fast-moving role
