About the Job: To lead, manage and deliver complex multi-service line pricing and solutions models for new business opportunities throughout the bid lifecycle. Manage the commercial pricing model process, provide commercial pricing and client relationship support to assigned customers and manage the opportunity pricing responses utilizing agreed Commercial Pricing Models. To provide detailed analysis of new business opportunities, identifying potential risks and benefits to ESP. What will you do? Analyze each business opportunity, identifying potential risks and benefits to ESP Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with key players on named customers and respond to all bid / pricing enquiries in a timely manner in accordance with the bid process governance model and agreed Commercial Pricing Models. Provide complex, multi-service line cost modelling, including full P&L analysis ensuring allocated sales opportunities are commercially and operationally viable. Provide detailed analysis, commentary and context on proposed commercial solutions at Bid Review Meetings, identifying and advising the Directors and responsible Sales Account Manager on the risks and benefits, as well as the resource commitments, revenue and margins for the proposed solution. Provide bespoke pricing models and quotations for individual / specific projects as required. Update and maintain CRM with all pricing requests and updates to ensure that the sales pipeline & forecast are always accurate Liaise with the Service Delivery and Operational teams to ensure that key stakeholders are fully briefed and kept updated on the status of opportunity pricing requests and business take-on likelihood Deliver timely and appropriate proposals that are prepared and delivered within the customers’ prescribed timeframes. Provide routine status reporting to the Management Team on the status of all opportunity pricing in the bid pipeline Ensure correct pricing governance and review is carried out on Bid responses. As required, carry out benchmarking exercises on ESP standard catalogue services to ensure ESP is best positioned to win opportunities. Formulate and maintain robust and tested, country specific Commercial Pricing Models for new sales opportunities ensuring that targeted profit margins are achieved. Provide detailed analysis and commentary on the commercial viability of potential sales opportunities at review meetings. As required work with members of the sales team and conduct commercial negotiations with the customer on proposed pricing Provide clarification to the customer on any proposed pricings and demonstrate strong commercial acumen and influencing skills to ensure that targeted margins are delivered. Provide support and guidance to all members of the sales team throughout the bid process ensuring that robust, quality information is included in all submissions. Develop strong relationships with the Partner Engagement and Finance Teams to establish protocols for ensuring that pricing accuracy is maintained on the Commercial Pricing Models Responsible with the on-going development of the Standard pricing models. Assist with developing Service Catalogue. What will you bring to ESP? 2-5 years’ experience in multiple IT service streams for pricing & solutions. 2-5 years’ experience in working with small & large deals with global providers (multi-geography). 2-5 years’ experience in modeling solutions deals: EUC deskside support, Win11 deployments, Service Desk, Staging & logistics across global locations. 2-5 years’ experience working with multi-tower service IT deals. 2-5 years’ experience creating business cases and pricing models Strong Microsoft office skills.
