G.Digital | G&T(girls and tech) have partnered with a performance agency looking for a Paid Media Director to step into a maternity cover contract and actually own the function, strategy, team, clients, growth, the lot.
So yes…this is one of those roles where you'll have influence, autonomy, and a seat at the table (not just another reporting layer).
What you'll be doing
• Owning paid media strategy across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Display & Affiliate
• Leading, mentoring, and levelling up a talented team
• Acting as the senior strategic brain for clients and stakeholders
• Driving performance, testing frameworks, and optimisation direction
• Managing significant budgets with a strong ROI focus
• Spotting growth opportunities and pushing innovation
• Supporting wider agency growth and new business
