With a dynamic, high-energy culture and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to hire a motivated Commercial Finance
Broker
to join their team.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with proven sales experience (preferably within finance) who is eager to build strong client relationships, deliver results, and progress their career in commercial finance.
What you'll get:
Up to £35,000 basic + comms OTE £90k+

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads, conducting discovery calls with business owners and decision makers
Analyse financial documents and structure funding proposals
Match businesses with suitable lenders and guide them through the finance process
Proactively generate outbound leads when required
Collaborate with the leadership team, contributing to sales strategy, product development, and marketing initiatives
Continuously develop sales, negotiation, and commercial skills to maximise revenue
What we're looking for:
Proven sales experience is essential (finance industry background preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong financial understanding with the ability to assess business funding requirements
Ambitious, driven, and motivated to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
Resilient and adaptable, with a proactive approach to business development
