Responsibilities and duties of the HSE Manager As the Lead Technical Project Administrator you will: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company HSE Management System in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards. Conduct internal and external HSE audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies. Provide expert HSE guidance to senior management and project teams, supporting site activities across multiple customer locations. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, producing reports, analysing trends, and implementing corrective actions. Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and behavioural safety initiatives to promote a positive safety culture. Support bid and tender preparation by developing HSE documentation and assisting with client HSE requirements.
