Engineering Leader | AI-Native B2B SaaS | London (Hybrid)
Package: £150,000-£200,000 + meaningful equity
Location: London (hybrid, in-person collaboration encouraged)
bloom has partnered with a high-growth, AI-native B2B SaaS startup that’s rethinking how modern teams operate in one of the most fundamental areas of business.
Already revenue-generating and scaling fast, the company is set to announce a Series A backed by top-tier investors, has raised £30m to date, and is led by an outstanding founding team from some of the world’s most successful companies
This is a rare opportunity to step in as the most senior engineering leader, owning the function end-to-end at a pivotal moment of scale.
With an established engineering presence across Europe, the business is now building a new engineering team in London. London is already home to their go-to-market hub and where the majority of customers are based. Significant investment is going into this team, which is set to become one of their largest hubs, offering a rare chance to help build and scale engineering in the UK from the ground up.

* Acting as the technical leader of the business, partnering closely with the CEO, Founders and Product
* Setting the technical vision and architecture as the platform scales
* Building and leading a high-performance engineering team
* Balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability
* Staying close to customers and product - not just managing from a distance
