Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a passion for providing excellent support in a busy hospitality environment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, facilitating communication, and maintaining efficient administrative processes within the hospitality sector. You will be required to work Monday thru till Friday 10am till 2pm

Duties

* Manage daily office operations, including reception duties and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and managing accounts payable/receivable.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
* Provide clerical support such as correspondence, reports, and other documents as required. Along with payments and managing invoices.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when necessary.
* Collaborate with our team members to streamline processes and improve venue efficiency.

Requirements

* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong skills with the ability to produce documents quickly and accurately.
