Jackson Young is working with a well-established, medium-sized super-prime contractor delivering exceptional residential refurbishment and new build projects across Prime Central London and the Home Counties.
They are now looking to appoint a Design Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an architecturally trained professional who wants to take ownership of projects from the outset and play a key role within a high-quality, design-led business.
The Opportunity
This position has been created to support a number of newly secured schemes, meaning you will be involved from day one, taking full control of the design process and helping shape project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
You will typically run two projects concurrently, with a combined value of approximately £14m, working closely with the commercial, construction and client teams to ensure the highest standards of design coordination and delivery.
You will report directly to the Head of Design and will also have support from a shared Design Assistant.
