About This Opportunity
Are you a qualified and registered Social Worker passionate about person-centred care? Cumberland Council is seeking a dedicated Practitioner Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team. You will work within a locality-based, multi-disciplinary environment to assess needs, coordinate personalised support plans, and promote independence and wellbeing for adults across Cumbria.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, engage in complex assessments and safeguarding work, and collaborate with a wide range of professionals and community resources. You will be supported to develop your practice and contribute to service improvement, all while working flexibly and autonomously.
