The Role:
Are you a people-first HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment? We're looking for a HR Advisor to support our passionate HR Business Partner team at the heart of our hotel business.
In this varied and pivotal role, youll act as the first point of contact for HR queries, expertly managing our shared mailbox, triaging requests, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. With your strong organisational skills and proactive mindset, youll manage and report on our ER case load, helping drive effective resolutions while supporting a consistent, fair, and people-focused approach.
But this role isnt just about process its about people. You'll play a key part in supporting and shaping our employee engagement agenda, helping create real moments that matter for our teams across the group.
What you'll be doing
* Owning and managing the shared HR mailbox, responding and routing queries appropriately
* Triage employee relations (ER) matters and maintain up-to-date, accurate case tracking
* Support managers with ER cases, ensuring best practice and legal compliance
* Produce and analyse ER case reports to identify trends and support proactive solutions
* Assist the HR Business Partners with engagement initiatives and action planning
* Support HR projects and provide generalist HR support as required
