Manor House Nursing Home is looking to appoint a Home Manager.
Our 125-bedded service is in Burton Manor, Stafford. We specialise in Dementia, Complex, General Nursing & Mental Health Care, which is split across 3 units.
We are looking to appoint commercially astute individual, who has sound knowledge within complex care and previous experience overseeing multi-site services.
Home Manager Contract
· Salary of £75,000 - £80,000 per annum.· Opportunity to earn an annual bonus ‘up to’ 40% of your annual salary – with OTE £112,000 per annum.· Pension.· Generous holiday allowance.
Our Current KPIs
· CI Inspection: Graded ‘Good’ in November 2022.· Agency usage: We use around 400-hours per week, which has reduced significantly. As we specialise in complex care, a lot of the agency usage is 1-2-1 care.· Occupancy: Sitting at 74%· Carehome.co.uk rating – A strong score of 9.2 out of 10.

What Does the Ideal Home Manager Look Like at Manor House Nursing Home
· A Registered Home Manager, who has run a multisite service. · Experience in complex care.· Nurse qualified would be beneficial, but not a deal-breaker.· Strong commercial acumen.· Improved occupancy growth & driven fees.· Able to develop strong relationships with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.Care Concern Group is a market leading, family-owned care group operating around 80 homes across the UK.
