We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a growing team that supplies bespoke, luxury sports clothing to some of the world’s most exclusive clients across yachting, private aviation, golf and high-end hospitality. The Role As an Account Manager, you’ll be central to managing client relationships and ensuring seamless project delivery. You’ll liaise with repeat and new clients, prepare quotes, handle enquiries, and support project managers with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in maintaining exceptional client experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. Manage repeat sales and follow up on quotes to drive business growth. Understand client needs and make thoughtful product recommendations. Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely order fulfilment. Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction throughout each project. Client Services & Project Support Create and maintain accurate client inventories. Assist with Scope of Works files, action sheets, and project documentation. Attend and host client meetings both onsite and offsite. Artwork & Customisation Prepare client artwork and lookbooks for approval. Manage customisation and tailoring forms for repeat orders. Support the creation of bespoke order forms and client presentations. Financial & Administrative Prepare quotes and support accurate financial tracking for client projects. Monitor job profitability and assist with payment processing. Keep records and client files organised and up to date. Product & Supplier Development Research new suppliers and products to enhance client offerings. Stay current with developments across key brands and in-house products. Studio Support Maintain a well-organised, welcoming studio environment. Provide support with goods checking, repacking, and general studio duties as needed. About You Experience in client relationship management, sales or administration (ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods). Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines. Enthusiastic about luxury products, with a keen eye for detail and presentation. Comfortable working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
