Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team based in Milton Keynes on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will manage Term Service Contract (TSC), core, and task order works, ensuring accurate commercial management throughout the contract lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing subcontract accounts collaboratively to ensure timely payment notifications and agreement of final accounts. Using your expertise in method of measurement principles, you will accurately measure works from as-built information and site records.Your role will include pricing works and Compensation Events, attending progress meetings with clients, supply chain partners, and internal colleagues, and working closely with operations and external supply chain teams to provide evidence supporting valuations and resolving client queries. You will maintain awareness of risks and opportunities throughout the contract and collaborate with the commercial team to manage these effectively.A key part of the role is the administration of NEC4 TSC contracts with options A, C, and E, utilising CEMAR software to support contract management and reporting.
