What’s on Offer: Salary up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) 28 days holiday bank holidays Opportunity to work on innovative and technically exciting proposals Clear progression within a growing business in a future-focused industry Bid and Sales Manager Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end bid process, including pricing approval, submission, and handover to delivery teams Work closely with engineers, project managers, and technical leads to gather input and shape winning proposals Maintain and enhance bid documentation, templates, and content libraries Develop value propositions and ensure alignment with business strategy Act as account manager for select key clients, ensuring strong relationship management and repeat business Contribute to compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems Bid and Sales Manager Requirements: Degree-qualified in Engineering, Business, or Science Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convert technical content into clear, persuasive proposals Previous experience within Aviation, Space or Aerospace is ideal Experience coordinating and submitting bids within a technical or engineering environment Proficiency with CRM tools and documentation platforms Familiarity with ISO 9001 frameworks is an advantage To apply, simply click the apply button.
