The Opportunity:
An opportunity has arisen for an Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a technology organisation delivering secure, enterprise infrastructure platforms in highly regulated environments. The role focuses on building and deploying Nutanix-based hyper-converged infrastructure, working closely with architecture, cloud, networking, and security teams to deliver scalable and resilient platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing, building, and deploying Nutanix HCI clusters including compute, storage, and virtualisation components.
2. Installing and configuring Nutanix AHV, AOS, Prism, and associated management tools.
3. Delivering infrastructure builds in line with architectural designs, security policies, and operational standards.
4. Supporting infrastructure projects including deployments, upgrades, migrations, and platform expansions.
5. Optimising and maintaining platform performance, resilience, and availability.
6. Collaborating with networking, cloud, and security teams to integrate infrastructure into wider environments.
