Fed up of transactional selling? Want to use your skills to build employer partnerships that actually change lives?
Supported Internships are work-based study programmes for young people with learning disabilities or autism. They combine classroom learning with real-world work placements – and your job is to open doors with local employers.
What you’ll do:
* Build relationships with employers across different sectors.
* Secure work experience placements – and negotiate paid jobs when internships finish.
* Work alongside Skills Coaches who support learners in the workplace.
* Make sure placements stick and learners move towards independence.
What you’ll need:
* Background in sales, recruitment or employer engagement.
* Confidence to get in front of employers and win them over.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Decent admin and IT skills – because records matter.
This is a 6–9 month fixed term contract, full-time (37.5 hours), based in Northampton. You’ll be 100% office-based or out meeting employers – no home working.
If you want a role where your sales skills lead to something more than just numbers on a board – this is it.
