We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering high-end residential properties in the London area.

The Role
You will be responsible for reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs within occupied high-end homes, including:
* Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
* Leak detection and pipework repairs
* Maintenance and repair of sanitaryware, taps, showers, and waste systems
* Unvented cylinder maintenance and general hot & cold water systems
* Attending emergency call-outs when required
* Delivering a high level of customer service in luxury residential properties
This is a customer-facing role where professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing maintenance
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
* Strong reactive fault-finding experience
* Experience working in high-end or private residential properties preferred
* Full UK driving licence xrnqpay
* Well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused
* Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
