We’re currently seeking a Director of Sales at Treehouse Manchester. The commercial team is a group of exceptionally creative and inspiring professionals who play a key role in our hotel’s success. We need a born leader and natural collaborator with business acumen to drive market‑leading commercial performance. You’ll be a proven seller, flexible, enthusiastic, forward‑looking, and a role model by example. Relationships are 98% of the job.
About You
* Passionate about hospitality sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally with experience working in or around Manchester.
* Advanced knowledge of hotel and event sales, a strong leader with a proven track record in team member engagement, improving market performance, and building relationships.
* Excellent at communication, both verbal and written.
* Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
