In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide IT support across all DEKRA IT systems; web applications, desktop and mobile computing, print and telephony to internal and external stakeholders. Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement. Work as an active member of the wider local and global IT organisation in a flexible and supportive way. Assist in maintaining and improving the performance of existing systems and software. Author and format technical documentation appropriate for the intended audience. Respond to varied tasks, project or programme as required from time-to-time. Plan alongside the business to perform data migrations, imports and exports as required. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Basic understanding of IT and information systems. Demonstrated interest in IT through subjects like computer science, engineering, maths, or relevant courses at school/college, bootcamps, or self-study. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and proactive mindset. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking. Able to work independently and in a team. Handles pressure well and stays organised. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Grade 4 in GCSE Mathematics & Grade 5 in GCSE English.
