Senior Employment Solicitor
Harrogate – Salary up to £70,000
Opportunity to lead and shape a growing practice. A highly regarded regional law firm with a national employment profile is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor at Senior level. This role offers a genuine opportunity to step into a leadership position without needing to already be a Head of Department or Partner. You will join a well-established employment practice with an excellent reputation, including work within specialist sectors such as sport, and take on a key role in shaping the future direction of the team.
The Role
You will advise a broad client base of organisations and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, while progressively taking on increased responsibility for the development and profile of the employment offering.
Your Work Will Include:
* Commercial, practical employment advice on day-to-day issues
* Employment disputes and tribunal representation
* Settlement agreements and negotiated exits
* Senior executive and director service agreements
* Drafting contracts, policies, and handbooks
* TUPE matters and support on corporate transactions
* Workplace investigations and mediation
* Training and seminars for clients
