Hybrid Occupational Health Advisor – Chester / Liverpool / Home-Based

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + benefits
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hrs (Mon–Fri, 08:30–16:30) – Part-time may be considered

About the Role
OH Medical is recruiting on behalf of a leading Occupational Health provider for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their Chester and Liverpool team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with most days remote, while requiring 5 days per month onsite with a nuclear weapons client and occasional travel to other clients within an hour of home.
You will deliver a full Occupational Health service, including case management, health surveillance, PPQs, first day absence management, and other face‑to‑face assessments.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct case management and employee health assessments
* Carry out health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
* Complete pre‑employment medical screening
* Support employees with physical and mental health concerns
* Maintain high clinical standards in occupational healthcare
* Travel to client sites as required for face‑to‑face OH assessments
Who We’re Looking For
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
* Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor / OH Nurse / OH Practitioner
* Strong case management experience
* OH Nursing qualification is desirable but not essential
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Ability to travel to client sites within an hour of home
