Key Responsibilities:
As a Linen Services Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the hospital’s linen services department. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of up to 5 staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Linen Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement, distribution, and maintenance of linen supplies to various hospital departments, ensuring a constant and hygienic linen flow.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to meet the highest hygiene standards required in a healthcare setting.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the department’s budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and NHS guidelines.
