Job Title: Deputy Hotel Manager
Join our Premier Inn team as a Deputy Hotel Manager in Camberly! This is a fixed-term contract until October 2024, working 48 hours per week.

Role Overview:
As Deputy Hotel Manager, you will be a key part of our management team, reporting to the Hotel Manager. You will lead daily operations, motivate and develop your team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience, helping us maintain our position as a beloved hotel brand. We aim to develop your skills to become a future Hotel Manager within Premier Inn.
Ideal Candidate:
Management experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, or similar sectors, with a passion for guest service and business results. Experience in Food & Beverage or food services is desirable. You should have a high standard of professionalism, drive results, and be able to:
* Manage daily operations, develop your team, and optimize resources.
* Drive revenue, manage costs, and control labour costs.
* Oversee all business areas, ensure brand standards, and use guest feedback to improve KPIs.
* Support the Hotel Manager in executing the business plan.
* Ensure health and safety compliance and manage audit processes.
* Be adaptable and manage your time effectively to meet business needs.
