HR Transformation Senior Consultant

Role Responsibilities
* Design and implement next‑generation HR Target Operating Models and Shared Services of the Future.
* Support HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Oracle).
* Leverage Agentic AI and automation to optimise HR processes and decision‑making.
* Create Experience Layers that deliver intuitive, personalized employee interactions across digital platforms.
* Facilitate workshops using Design Thinking and Employee Journey Mapping to reimagine HR experiences.
Role Development Opportunities
* Business Development – leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and hosting at events.
* Internal Contribution – campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
* Learning & Development – training to support career growth and meet skill demands, certifications.
Profile / Qualifications
* Experience working on shared services, HR Target Operating Models (TOM), and HR process optimisation.
* Strong understanding of HR technologies, AI applications, and employee experience design.
* Proficiency in system implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live support.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver complex HR programmes in a consulting environment.
* Familiarity with ERP/HRIS platforms and process optimisation.
