Responsibilities
* Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensuring safe access to buildings at all times.
* Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting as requested.
* Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
* Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation.
* Access / Egress control.
* Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system.
* Key Holding responsibilities.
* Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks.
* Adhering to policies and procedures at all times.
* General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site.
* Providing a high standard of customer service.
* Being polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos.
* Having a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.
Minimum Requirements
* Valid Door Supervision SIA licence.
* Must be able to drive (must have own transport due to location of site).
* Confident with electronic devices.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Be punctual and reliable.
* High levels of written and verbal communication skills.
* Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858.
* Be comfortable patrolling long distances and being on your feet for extended periods of time.
