Are you detail-oriented, curious about data, and eager to grow your skills in a professional environment? We’re looking for a proactive Data Quality Assistant to join our Data team.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to improvements in the accuracy and quality of our data. You’ll be involved in data management and help shape how we use information to drive business development and client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the day-to-day administration and development of our core systems, including InterAction (Client Relationship Management), 3E Elite (Practice Management System), and MatterSphere (soon to be ShareDo, Case Management System).
* Work with the data team, lawyers, and business development colleagues to ensure databases are accurate, up-to-date, and delivering value.

* Support legal and business development teams in using data effectively.
The Person
The ideal candidate will likely have some familiarity with legal systems, a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience in data entry, data management, and general administrative tasks. You should be self-directed, articulate in written and verbal communication, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong professional relationships. The ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward new responsibilities and challenges is essential.
The Activities
The role involves managing data change requests and ensuring data quality across the firm’s systems. Key tasks include running data quality checks, resolving duplicates and inconsistencies, identifying reliable data sources, correcting incomplete or outdated records, and producing reports to highlight issues. The role also supports the creation and documentation of best-practice procedures for managing client, matter, transaction, contact, and billing data, while promoting data quality standards firm-wide.
