This role is crucial in supporting the work of the Hospice to meet the highest standards of governance and compliance, which is innate to our services, and you will need to support and work alongside all Hospice teams to achieve this at every level.
As a member of the Management Team you will be responsible for the development of a proactive and robust clinical quality, safety, infection prevention control and governance framework that enables St John's to measure and continually improve the quality of its clinical services.
Excellent interpersonal, IT, analytical and organisational skills are crucial for this post. This is a role where you can use your drive, compassion and expertise to really make a difference to the care we provide to our patients and their loved ones.
