Customer Service & Sales Support
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with lunch break)
* Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (no lunch break)
This is a temperary position to cover maternity leave.
Holiday Entitlement:
* 29 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by handling enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, managing confirmations, pricing, packing requirements, and forecasting.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly or escalating where necessary.
* Track and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with departmental and business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and Control to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends, prevent potential issues, and recommend improvements.
* Conduct regular reviews of product lifecycle, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver weekly reports on forecasts, customer trends, and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
* Experience working with CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
