VACANCY: Temporary Case Handling Assistant
DURATION: August 2025 – March 2026
LOCATION: Pencoed, Bridgend (just off Junction 35 of the M4)
HOURS: 37 Hours a week
Do you have a Law Degree and are you looking for experience in regulatory type investigations? We are looking to recruit an individual to complete paralegal-type work for us for a period of 8 months. This is a temporary role and you will be working from our office in Bridgend, just off Junction 35 of the M4.
You will be working as part of our Code of Conduct Team, providing assistance with general administration of investigations, which may include day to day contact with relevant parties, scheduling witness/third party interviews, meetings, collation of written evidence, assisting with witness interviews (observational as 2 nd person). Potentially drafting/preparing witness statements for signature, assisting with collation and preparation of evidence bundles generally using Adobe and reviewing interview transcripts which means listening back to member interviews to ensure transcripts are accurate.
To apply for this temporary role, you need to have a Law Degree and you need to have good IT skills and an understanding/practical experience of using Adobe. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
