Key responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and meet revenue goals
* Provide guidance and support to team members, including coaching, training and development opportunities
* Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
* Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as needed
* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service to ensure alignment and maximise sales opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Required skills and experience
* Proven experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in a contact centre or business development in a B2B setting
* Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
