With a healthy forward pipeline and a collaborative team culture, the business is keen to speak with ambitious structural engineers looking to develop their careers within a supportive and technically strong environment.Your new role as Structural Engineer Depending on your level and experience, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a wide range of building projects across commercial, residential, education and public-sector developments.Responsibilities may include:Structural analysis and design using reinforced concrete, steel, masonry and timberProduction and review of structural calculations, drawings and specificationsCoordination with architects, M&E engineers and other project stakeholdersSupporting projects through design development and construction stagesAttending design meetings and, where appropriate, site visitsMentoring and supporting junior engineers (Senior / Principal level)Providing technical leadership and design oversight (Principal level)What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for these roles, you should have:A degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringAt least 2 years' experience in a structural engineering role (consultancy or contractor background considered)Experience working on building structuresGood understanding of UK design standards and EurocodesStrong communication skills and a collaborative approachFor senior and principal roles:Chartered status (ICE or IStructE) or close to chartershipExperience leading projects, managing design delivery or mentoring engineersWhat's in it for you?
