Job Overview
Electrician to carry out electrical installation, maintenance, inspection and testing across residential and public sector properties on behalf of London Borough of Havering. Deliver high quality workmanship in compliance with BS7671 and health and safety standards, working professionally in occupied properties. Strong fault‑finding, customer service and independent working skills are essential.
Requirements
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* City & Guilds 18th Edition
* Inspection and Testing qualification 2391/2 or 2394/2395
* Previous social housing experience desirable but not essential
* Full UK driving licence and ability to operate a company van (age 21+, licence 3+ months, <9 points)
