We're currently working to support a specialist school that provides high-quality education and care for pupils with a broad and complex range of learning needs, including moderate to profound learning difficulties, autism, communication needs, physical and mobility challenges, and associated behavioural difficulties. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key part in supporting both learning and care, working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored educational programmes and ensure each child can thrive. This is a hands-on role that requires patience, compassion, and a calm, proactive approach to managing behaviour and supporting emotional regulation.
