Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: Basic + uncapped commission – £65,000 – £70,000 OTE

Key responsibilities
5. Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and industry networking
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions
7. Present and sell our premium educational courses to motivated property investors and entrepreneurs
8. Handle objections professionally, turning potential challenges into closed deals
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and improve lead generation strategies
10. Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and targets to ensure consistent achievement
11. Continuously stay updated on industry trends to advise clients effectively and maintain a competitive edge
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
12. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound/inbound sales or business development
13. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven environment
14. Exceptional communication and customer service skills
15. Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
16. Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset
17. Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
18. Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
