The Role We are seeking passionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our award-winning Housekeeping team! As a Spa Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our spa facilities are spotless, welcoming, and in perfect condition. Your contribution will directly enhance our guests' experience, allowing them to relax and enjoy the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities Performing thorough daily cleaning of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for guests Maintaining the spa’s high cleanliness standards to ensure guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their visit Following established cleaning procedures, using the correct products and techniques to maximise efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility Managing laundry services, ensuring that all linens, towels, and essential items are cleaned and ready for use Regularly inspecting equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues or malfunctions promptly Assisting with non-routine cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned by the Head Housekeeper to maintain the overall functionality of the spa Ensuring the spa’s overall ambiance remains serene and inviting for guests, with attention to detail in all areas What We’re Looking For Essentials: Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards Have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Have good communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude Have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Have the required physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and equipment with efficiency Desirables: Have previous experience in a similar housekeeping or spa attendant role is preferred but not essential Additional Information 37.5 hours per week Working 5 out of 7 days Rates of pay dependant on shift - £12.21 day rate / £16.00 night rate (11pm - 5am) Full flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to work as needed to meet the team’s and business’s requirements Why Join Us?
