Teaching Personnel, in partnership with schools across Northamptonshire, is offering a unique opportunity to join our Future Teachers programme – a fully salaried, school-based route into teaching, designed to prepare you for a career in the classroom.
What is the Future Teachers Programme?
The Future Teachers programme is a two-year salaried opportunity that offers aspiring teachers hands-on experience in schools across the region. You’ll gain real-world classroom experience while receiving tailored training, mentorship, and support – and at the end of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Work alongside experienced teachers in supportive school environments
Access to expert CPD and one-to-one mentoring
Route to QTS and a long-term teaching career
Who is this for?
We welcome applications from:
Recent graduates (any subject) with a passion for education

Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. TAs, coaches, mentors)
Locations:
Opportunities available across primary and secondary schools throughout Northamptonshire, including Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Daventry and surrounding areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
