Key Responsibilities: Work with individuals or small groups of pupils/students within the classroom under the direct supervision of teaching staff. Under the direction/guidance of the class teacher, support pupils/students with behavioural, emotional and social development needs Support in the development of individual learning plans and Student learning profiles Learn and grow through formal training and on the job training.
