Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Governance & Regulatory Affairs team.

Design and embed governance frameworks, policies, and compliance systems.

Oversee safeguarding, complaints, regulatory inspections, and risk management.

Act as Data Protection Officer, ensuring GDPR and cybersecurity compliance.

Support operational teams and maintain strong regulator relationships.

Expertise in governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
