An excitingopportunity has arisen to join our Orthopaedic OutpatientDepartment as a highly skilled advanced practitioner inOrthopaedics/Spinal. The team you would be joining providescrucial, specialised care and management to patients in all areasof MSK and Orthopaedics. You will be providing specialised care topatients in orthopaedics including hip and kneereplacements.
You will beresponsible for:
* Expertmusculoskeletal and Orthopaedic assessment, diagnosis,and management
* Independent Management& Treatment - Provides personalised treatmentapproaches
* Diagnostics &Prescribing - Can order and interpret imaging andindependently prescribemedication
* Referral &Multidisciplinary Working - Refers patients tospecialists (E.g. Orthopaedics, Physio,Rheumatology)
What you’ll bring withyou:
* NMC Qualification orHCPC Qualification
* Master Level relevant toclinical area
* IRMERQualification
* Non-medicalprescribing
* Work within a primary careenvironment and/or secondary care environment as an AdvancedClinical Practitioner
* Proven ability to workeffectively in a team environment as well asindependently
* Flexible and positiveattitude
* A warm, considerate and empatheticcharacter
