Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach Location: Wythenshawe / Manchester Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 plus £4,250 car allowance Our client, a leading UK apprenticeship provider, is seeking an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join their growing team. This is a field-based role supporting learners undertaking the Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship, delivering high-quality coaching and training across Manchester. You will play a key role in guiding apprentices through their learning journey, helping them develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to succeed in the industry. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions to refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices, primarily onsite across Manchester. Visit apprentices in their workplaces to conduct structured coaching sessions and progress reviews. Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring milestones are achieved and qualifications are completed successfully. Manage a personal caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and compliance with programme deadlines. Plan and manage your own diary effectively to balance learner support, travel and administration. Provide constructive feedback and gather evidence to support learning, achievement and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements. About You Extensive hands-on experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, gained within industry and/or a training environment. A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learner development. Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills. The ability to work independently, prioritise workload and manage a varied caseload effectively. Desirable: Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
