Application Support Analyst
9-12 months FTC (Maternity cover)
Hybrid 2 days a week in Woking
My client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to support key retail and marketing systems, including Monday.com, Kappture ePOS and Nifty19. You’ll handle Service Desk support, small change requests, and system improvements while delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll do
* Configure, support and maintain Monday.com and retail ePOS systems
* Respond to incidents, service requests and routine maintenance tasks
* Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues
* Administer user access, profiles and permissions
* Provide user support, training and documentation
* Assist with EPOS and payment solution improvement projects
* Occasional travel to company locations for on-site support
What you’ll bring

* Experience working with third‑party IT providers
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Nice to have
* Monday.com configuration and support experience
* Retail / PoS systems and payments experience
* Familiarity with MS Power Platform, Copilot Agents or ITIL
