We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Infrastructure Service Management – Overview
Infrastructure Service Management (ISM) provides comprehensive support and lifecycle management for desktop assets, including end-user devices, voice equipment, mobile phones, and peripherals, in line with PPM policies. ISM acts as the primary contact for corporate services during move projects and is the escalation point for IMAC-related activities across the region.
The ISM team is responsible for the full hardware lifecycle—receiving, configuring, installing, moving, repairing, and decommissioning desktop assets—as well as maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring adherence to operational procedures. The team also supports event setups, business moves, hardware decommissioning, and post-power-down checks, while ensuring compliance with cost and policy guidelines.

We are seeking an experienced ISM Technician with 8+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT assets, providing hardware and software support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking, allocation, and lifecycle management of devices.
Perform hardware troubleshooting and maintenance for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Provide software troubleshooting and support for operating systems, business applications, and productivity tools.
Install, configure, and deploy new hardware and software as per organizational standards.
Support user account management and basic administration in Active Directory.
Assist with system imaging, device provisioning, and OS installations.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP configuration, DNS, and DHCP.
Manage and update tickets through ITSM tools while ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware replacements and technical escalations.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support procedures.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in IT Support / ISM Technician / Desktop Support roles.
Strong knowledge of hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Experience in software installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
Familiarity with IT asset management processes and tools.
Understanding of Windows OS environments, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and user support skills.
