Part-Time Administrator, £15.00 (20 hours / 5 days) Newport, until end of November Your new company An award-winning utilities company based in the Newport area. Your new role Working in a busy Part-Time Administrator role, you will be responsible for the following Scan & upload all delivery notes. Scan & upload all relevant documentation (Daily Briefs. PASS, Task Allocation Sheets), etc. Plus, any other relevant documentation to the shared drive. Obtaining quotes from suppliers & raising requisitions/orders with the procurement team at HQ. Compiling data for SO27 reporting. Compiling data for weekly SHES reporting to submit for the weekly SHES call. Plan & coordinate routine inspections for items such as fire extinguishers, lifting equipment, fire alarms, electrical inspection & certification of welfare units. Liaise with security provider (Protector) for cover as required on weekends/bank holidays etc (details from site team). Transfer completed SMS inspections from Safety Culture to Weekly completed folder on the Site Management (SHEQ folder) Transfer data where required What you'll need to succeed You'll be a proven administrator who is looking to work 20 hours per week, 5 days a week. You'll be based locally to the Newport area. You'll be organised and have solid IT skills, including previous experience of using the Microsoft suite. What you'll get in return This is a long-term temporary role to start immediately. The role is expected to last until the end of November with the possibility of an extension. Hours of work are 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. You can be flexible when you work these hours as long as they are between 8am and 5pm.
