We’re Moto, shaping the future of motorway rest stops. Our Facilities Support Centre Team provides critical front-line support to 55 motorway services across the UK. We are looking for a dependable and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities Support Centre team.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Manage Concerto helpdesk, balancing health & safety, business needs & budgets
* First point of contact for facilities support in your region
* Escalate urgent health & safety or business-critical issues
* Ensure timely contractor visits & follow up on resolutions
* Coordinate emergency 3-hour call-outs, keeping all stakeholders informed
* Support regional engineers & build relationships with site managers
* Review & approve quotations based on maintenance budgets
* Handle asset management for catering equipment
* Manage support centre emails & calls efficiently
What You Bring to the Team
* Experience in facilities maintenance/helpdesk (Concerto is a plus)
* A calm, level-headed approach & problem-solving skills
* Strong communication, teamwork & decision-making abilities
* Customer-focused & inclusive mindset
* Organised with attention to detail
