Overview
WAVE Trauma Centre is recruiting for a Head of Survivor Support Services for our newly established centre, Nevara which is dedicated to supporting survivors of Historical Institutional Abuse (HIA) and those affected by Mother and Baby Institutions, Magdalene Laundries and Workhouses (MBMLW).
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Nevara, including line management of Project Managers for HIA and MBMLW.
* Run the Centre and manage risk related to centre activities.
* Work horizontally with Centre Project Managers across the region and cross-functionally with other department leads.
Hours
Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week
Mon–Thu 9:00–5:00 and Fri 9:00–4:30. Evening and weekend work may be required. One day working from home.
