We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Dance Coach to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging dance training sessions tailored to various skill levels and styles
* Provide constructive feedback to help dancers improve technique, posture, and performance
* Motivate and encourage participants to achieve their personal best while maintaining a positive atmosphere
* Organise warm-up routines and ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities
* Assist in the organisation of dance events, competitions, or showcases as required
* Maintain a professional demeanour and act as a positive role model for all participants
Requirements
* Proven experience in coaching or dance instruction, with the ability to teach a variety of dance styles
* Strong organisational skills to plan effective training programmes and manage group activities
* Excellent communication skills to motivate and instruct dancers of different ages and abilities
* A genuine passion for teaching and fostering confidence in others
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in dance or coaching are desirable but not essential
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings or weekends if required
