Job Description
1. Reviewing completed works as a Commercial Analyst in Stratford to ensure accurate valuation using Schedule of Rates (SOR) and contract mechanisms.
2. Protecting margin across East London repairs and voids contracts by identifying commercial risks and revenue opportunities.
3. Verifying and approving subcontractor applications, ensuring accurate cost capture and delegated authority compliance.
4. Producing commercial reports and performance analysis for operational and finance teams across the Stratford office.
5. Supporting month-end processes, purchase orders and commercial reviews within a busy property services environment.
Skills / Qualifications
6. Experience working as a Commercial Analyst, Commercial Assistant or similar.
7. Schedule of Rates (SOR) knowledge within social housing, responsive maintenance or repairs contracts.
8. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with experience producing commercial or performance reports.
9. Background within property services, housing maintenance or contracting environments.
10. Detail-driven, commercially aware mindset with the confidence to challenge inconsistencies and protect contract performance.
