Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Assisting the accounts team with administrative tasks
* Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
* Data entry and document management
* Supporting with month-end tasks and reconciliations
* Handling incoming queries via phone and email
* General office duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts team is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
