Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid working - Glasgow Airport/home-based

What you’ll be doing:
As our Air Import Agent, you’ll play a significant role in overseeing the air import operations from our facility close to Glasgow Airport. Responsibilities include:
* Creating, managing and maintaining the movement of imported Air freight
* Liaising with airlines and DHL offices for Air freight planning and coordination
* Ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
* Adhering to Customs Compliance procedures and documentation
* Being a customer point of contact for updates and addressing their enquiries
* Liaising directly with Carriers and Handling Agents to resolve issues as they arise
About you:
Experience in import/export processes (ideally in Air freight) is a must-have for this role. In addition, you'll have:
* The right to live and work in the UK – Note: sponsorship is not available
* Experience of HMRC procedures
* A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
* Working knowledge of MS Outlook and data management systems
