Job title: Kitchen Sales & Design Consultant Location: Showroom based (with local site visits) Job type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £28,000 base + commission (OTE uncapped) About the role We are recruiting a Kitchen Sales & Design Consultant on behalf of a growing kitchen design and fabrication business. You will be showroom based, meeting customers, designing bespoke kitchens and managing the full process from initial consultation through to installation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for design and sales who wants to earn well on top of a solid base salary. What you'll be doing * Meeting and looking after customers when they visit the showroom * Designing bespoke kitchens — working with floor plans and exact measurements * Going out to measure jobs on site at customer properties * Managing kitchen orders imported from Germany — typical lead time 4–5 weeks * Double checking all orders before they are placed and on arrival * Working closely with the fabrication team to ensure smooth delivery of each project * Building long-term relationships with customers and ensuring a great experience from start to finish What we are looking for * Previous experience in kitchen sales, design or a similar showroom role * Confident speaking with customers and managing the full sales process * Good eye for design and able to work with ...
